Business & Community Expo
The Business & Community Expo “wowed” the general public and the participating businesses with its successful first year in May 2009. The purpose of this event is to introduce the public and other businesses to the goods and services provided by businesses and organizations in the Carbon Valley and surrounding areas. The 2010 Carbon Valley Connections Business Expo will take place on April 23 & 24, at American Furniture Warehouse -located off of I-25 and Highway 119 in Firestone.
Show Hours
Friday 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM – Mainly Business To Business
Friday 5:30 to 7:30 PM – Exhibitor Reception at AFW
Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Public Event – NO COST for Public to Attend
Booth Costs - all booths include draped booth, one draped 8’ table and two chairs.
Electricity is an additional $25.00 charge.

Exhibitor Move In
NO SETUP allowed after noon. If an exhibitor is caught setting up after noon they will be asked to leave and banned from the next year Expo.
Exhibitor Move Out
Saturday beginning at 4:00 PM
NO TEAR DOWN before 4:00 PM.
If an exhibitor is caught tearing down before 4:00 PM they will be banned from the next year Expo.
